Well since you told me you have thick skin and want me to be totally honest here I go - The pizza that I ordered was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! My only regret is that I accidently only hit 1 under the quantity when I meant 2. As far as the pizza dough went - It made 4 awesome pizzas and converted 6 southerners into thinking NY Pizza is the best! One of the doughs did break out of it's seal, but on a 3 day shipment in 100 degree weather that is expected but on the good note I was still able to use it since the box that it came was totally sealed. Now I'm looking forward to enjoying the garlic knots - they smell delicious. Only thing missing was the instructions on how to prepare all these items as mentioned in phone call, but I was happy to be able to speak with you personally about this and figure out what I needed to do to prepare such a fine product. Being able to ship pizza and dough is a wonderful idea and look forward to ordering from you all for now on! The ordering online was a breeze, being able to speak by telephone very accomodating, and the email notifications and package tracking very useful. Product was delivered as ordered in timely manner!! So all and all on a scale of 1-10 I give you all 100. I look forward to stopping in your shop the next time I'm in the area!!

Hi.....my son had 2 of your pizzas delivered tonight....14 inch I think. Cheese and pepperoni. He ordered on the internet. He lives in China right now. Who woulda thunk it? We couldn't finish one of them. Absolutely delicious. Can't believe you can do this so well when no one here in Citrus County , Florida can make a good pizza EVER!!!!! Thanks for this invention....I love your pizza. Makes me not miss NJ so much.

You had shipped pizza to my son Monday night-he lives in Phoenix. I was so worried about the integrity of the pizza last night when UPS sent me an email that the shipment got delayed due to inclement weather. The pizza sat in a Phoenix UPS depot for 1 1/2 days because it arrived too late for the Wednesday deliveryman. I was surprising my son with the pizza as he always talks about how awful the pizza is in Arizona. So when he called me tonight with the 5pm delivery, I was so concerned about it going bad--it is 70 degrees in Phoenix right now. But even after 3 1/2 days, he assured me that the pizza was still cool (although not frozen), and that it was packaged very well. I can't thank you enough for taking the time to create proper packaging that can withstand delayed shipments! Since I had never tried your product before, it was the packaging info and website assurance of quality that enticed me to have my son try your product and not the others that I was looking at. My son is enjoying the first pie right now with his friends thanks to the care that you took to keep the product cool enough for warm climate transport. And your pizza is definitely the best in Arizona tonight!

You guys are absolutely the BEST!!!!!

Being a Jersey girl transplanted to Des Moines IA, I find my life lacking in many areas. Predominantly good food. Pizza here (outside of chain brands - and that's it's own little slice of hell) is the worst. The dough is all wrong. The "moot-zah-rel" is all wrong. They don't even know what I mean when I say "Mooh-zah-rel." Among other things.

The pizzas I bought from you were wonderful! As soon as I got the plastic bag off the pizza box I could smell the great pizza aroma wafting from the box already. I couldn't wait for my husband to get home so we could heat them up and enjoy.

From an ordering standpoint, everything went so incredibly smooth. I love the updates from both you and from UPS. ALso the link to track my pizzas that you provided via UPS was great. They were delivered on time.

I ordered the 4 pack of pizzas. We devoured most of 2 of them last night and will have the other 2 Sunday night. We even shared a few slices with a neighbor.

I am a painting contractor here in Des Moines and I meet a lot of people. The designer I work closely with is a Jersey girl as well and some of my clients are either from NY/NJ or have relatives there. I will be sure to tell everyone about your fabulous website.

I lived in Hicksville for most of my life and my family and I always ordered your pizzas! I was not sure how it would work out being delivered from NY all the way to Iowa AND with all the floods their...You are all the best...thank you very much for helping to bring some sunshine there during a difficult time. Hope you guys had a great Christmas - we wish you and your family a Happy New Year! Pizza arrived yesterday at 2:00 PM, and it was devoured by 6:00 PM - we had both our 14 year old son and 18 year old daughter at home to help! I think we may have had a few crumbs left. We followed the instructions precisely, and ended up with a perfect pizza. Crust and sauce were outstanding! Your website was very easy to use, and I appreciated the order confirmation and order status.

Dear Pasquale,

I received the package after 7:30p.m. yesterday (Thursday) so we didn't try the cannoli because we wanted the calzone first and then we were full.

Let me say this about the calzone:
I took it out of the box and it was a little damp on the top but remained calm (haha).   I preheated the toaster oven, wrapped the calzone in foil and followed your cooking time of 12 minutes, took the foil off and cooked another 7 minutes until it was brown and we could see a bit of the cheese bubbling through.  The aroma in the kitchen literally brought me back to my grandmother's kitchen in the Bronx.  I cut it in half to share with my mother and the generous amount of cheese started oozing out the cut sides.

One bite and we we just looked at each other and smiled.  The ricotta was creamy and fresh, the mozzarella stretched to the appropriate 8 to 12 inches and tasted marvelous!  Every bite was a little bit of heaven.  The crust was perfect, right down to the little corner.  Just perfection.  What else can I say?  The memory stayed on our tongues and the aroma through the kitchen lasted a good long time. 

Living in Louisville, Ky., calzones are an unknown by the general population and the one or two places that have them, put a teaspoon of ricotta inside that is the consistency of cottage cheese, it doesn't melt. They don't include mozzarella (at least you'd never know because it has not body or stretch)  and the crust breaks apart.  So you can imagine we've given up on having a calzone here.   The only thing missing was actually getting to tell you how great it was to you in person.

There's only one word to describe our pizza experience...FABULOUS!!!
 
We had approximately 40 people at a party on Saturday to wish one of our best friends good-bye as she moves from Memphis, TN to NYC.  The pizzas were the hit of all the food!  I was hoping to have at least one left to enjoy at another time but our guests were waiting in anticipation around the oven as we heated each one.  I wish I had ordered an additional 4-pack.  A couple originally from NYC practically had tears in their eyes to taste authenic NY style pizza again.
 
Thanks so much for playing such a huge part in making the party a success.  I will definitely visit you at your resturant on my next trip to the city.  Your team ROCKS!!!

Everything was delivered safe and sound about an hour ago.  We popped the Sicilian into the oven and baked it on the rack (without a pan or stone) with a cookie sheet at the bottom of the oven to catch anything that dripped.  We froze everything else.  That was an hour ago and can still smell the aroma in the house.  (Maybe you should go into the Italian scented candle business that smells like pizza cooking- just kidding but I'd buy one for nostalgia!).  So far, delicious. We're thinking of cutting 2 squares and putting some parma ham, red onions, a little olive oil, black olives and touch of oregano and making a sandwich (like panini) with the Sicilian (heating it of course).

Amazing how good it came out being surrounded by wet ice and cardboard for 2 days.  Imagine what it's like eating it in your restaurant?  One of these days.  Thanks for everything.
