Our New York Pizza is “par” cooked in our brick oven. We then tray and freeze it in our sub zero walk-in box. Your New York brick oven pizza is then placed on a specially designed corrugated board and placed in a special “bubble wrap foil bag” that seals closed for pizza delivery. We then place your New York brick oven pizza in another plastic wrap to seal it a second time. Your New York brick oven pizza is then placed in a heavy duty insulated shipping box with FDA approved Gel Packs to keep the temperature just right and ready for pizza delivery. Our famous Pappardelle’s NY brick oven pizza will arrive and be ready to be popped in the oven or if you choose, placed in your freezer.
