When and how will my order ship?
All food is prepared at Pappardelle’s Famous Pizza and Pasta, Bethpage NY and shipped to you through our affiliate NY Flying Pizza. All products will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of your order then shipped via UPS 2 day air or UPS Ground 1 or 2 day depending on your location. Total delivery is 2-4 days from day of order.
We have tested various delivery methods and determined that shipping directly from our freezers via 2 day air or ground gives us the best results for product freshness.

How do you prepare our food?
All food is prepared at Pappardelle’s Famous Pizza and Pasta, Bethpage NY and shipped to you through our affiliate NY Flying Pizza.
Pizza
We “par” cook your pizza in our famous Pappardelle’s Brick oven. We then tray and freeze it in our sub zero walk-in box. Your pizza is then placed on a specially designed corrugated board and placed in a special “bubble wrap foil bag” that seals closed. We then place your pizza in another plastic wrap to seal it a second time. Your pizza is then placed in a heavy duty shipping box with FDA approved Gel Packs to keep the temperature just right. Our famous Pappardelle’s Pizza will arrive and ready to be popped in the oven or if you choose, placed in your freezer. Pizza reheating instructions come right in the box.
Pasta and Entrees
Your Pasta or Entrée is made fresh at Pappardelle’s then placed in a special microwavable & oven safe container. We then freeze it in our sub zero walk-in box, next we wrap it and seal in a specially designed machine to make it air tight. Your food is then placed in a heavy duty box with an FDA approved Gel Pack to keep the temperature just right. Your Pappardelle’s food will arrive ready to be popped in the oven, micro waved or placed in your freezer. Pasta and Entrée reheating instructions come right in the box.

Desserts
Our NY Cheesecake is made right here in NY. Our other desserts are made in Italy and France, imported especially for Pappardelle’s Pizza and Pasta. NY Flying Pizza sends you the dessert of your choice frozen in a heavy duty box with an FDA approved Gel Pack to keep the temperature just right. Your Dessert will arrive ready to be thawed in your refrigerator or placed in your freezer. Dessert thawing instructions come right in the box.
What if we aren’t happy with your product?

What is your Gift Certificate Policy?
When you order a gift Certificate you will be given a choice for the recipient to receive the certificate via e-mail or hard mail. A Code will be assigned with the values you choose.
Gift Certificates are good for a period of two years. Gift Certificates are only redeemable for products at nyflyingpizza.com. Credits from Gift Certificate purchases will be carried over to the next purchase. Our software makes shopping with a Gift Certificate easy and fun.
